AI Documentation Assistant Troubleshooting

Each Redwood documentation site includes an AI Documentation Assistant. To access it, click the circle with the Redwood logo at lower right.

If you cannot see the AI Documentation Assistant icon on a Redwood documentation site, try the following things.

1. Shift+Reload the page. This may clear a cached version of the page that does not include the AI Documentation Assistant.

2. In Google Chrome, try opening the documentation site in an Incognito window. This should display a non-cached version of the site.

3. Try a different browser. If the AI Documentation Assistant displays in a different browser, the original browser is still displaying a cached version of the site.

4. Try a different computer on the same network.

If the AI Documentation Assistant still does not display, it may be because your network's firewall is blocking CustomGPT URLs. To fix this, ask a network administrator to whitelist or otherwise approve the following domain:
