• Updated the catalog dependency for all connectors to require Connection Manager 1.0.0.7 or later, ensuring Connection Manager is upgraded automatically when a connector is installed.

• Fixed an Azure Synapse timeout scenario that could trigger a pipeline twice by disabling automatic retries for submit requests that fail due to network read timeouts; the RunPipeline job now fails immediately instead of retrying.
