Connectors and Extensions
Extensions are "plug-in" software packages that extend the functionality of Redwood products. Connectors are Extensions that allow Redwood products to connect to and integrate with third-party solutions. RunMyJobs users can install various Connectors and Extensions from the Catalog.
This site provides documentation for all Redwood Connectors and Extensions.
Terminology Note
RunMyJobs features three user interfaces: the Modern UI, the Classic UI, and the Legacy UI. The Classic and Legacy UIs use the same terminology, but the Modern UI uses different terminology. Extensions and Connectors work the same way in all three UIs, but there are some differences in terminology and, occasionally, the paths to parts of the UI.
Redwood is in the process of updating this site to use the Modern UI's terminology, paths, and screen shots. However, you may see topics on this site that still use the Classic UI's terminology, paths, and screen shots.
The following table shows the primary terminology differences between the Modern UI and the Classic and Legacy UIs.
