Data Collection Schedule

Redwood Insights always maintains at least three calendar months of data. However, although Insights collects data continuously, it deletes old data only on the first day of each month. So, for example, if today is the 15th day of the month, Insights data contains the three previous calendar months of data, plus the 15 days of data from the current month. At the end of the current month, the data for the oldest calendar month is deleted.

Data retention works the same way for customers who opt for additional retention, but the minimum amount of data maintained is fifteen months, rather than three.

Note: If you start using Redwood Insights after the tenth day of the month, only the previous ten days of data are available.
