Azure Connections Extension 1.0.0.3
Azure Connections is an Extension that is used in combination with other the Azure Connectors, such as Data Factory and Azure ML, as a central repository for Azure subscriptions and resource groups. You can specify both subscriptions and the resource groups that belong to those subscriptions.
Prerequisites
- RunMyJobs 9.2.9 or later
- Connection Management Extension 1.0.0.2 or later. Note that the Connection Management Extension will be installed or updated automatically if necessary when you install this Extension.
- Privileges Required to Use Azure Connections
Setup
This Extension is automatically installed when you install a compatible Azure Connector. To install it manually, click its tile in the Catalog, select the version you want, and then click Install <version number>.

Procedures
Adding a Subscription
To add an Azure subscription:
- Navigate to Configure > Extensions > Azure Subscriptions (Modern UI) or Custom > Azure Subscriptions (Classic or Legacy UI).
- Click

- Enter a name.
- Enter the subscription ID in the Subscription ID field.
- Click Save.
Adding a Resource Group to a Subscription
To add a resource group to an Azure subscription:
- Navigate to Configure > Extensions > Azure Subscriptions (Modern UI) or Custom > Azure Subscriptions (Classic or Legacy UI) and make sure you have at least one subscription configured.
- Under Resource Groups, click
.
- Enter a name.
- Choose the subscription that contains the resource group from the Subscription dropdown list.
- Enter the name of the resource group in the Resource Group Name field.
- Click Save.
