Operator Analytics Dashboards

Operator Analytics dashboards let Operators and Administrator visualize performance issues, unusual activity, and problem statuses. Redwood Insights includes the following Operator Analytics dashboards:

• Operator Overview dashboard

• Job Analysis dashboard

• Job Server Analysis dashboard

• Queue Analysis dashboard

Note: System Maintenance Jobs (and their associated Queues) are excluded from all Operator Analytics metrics. However, you can access metrics for specific System Maintenance Jobs and Queues with the System Job History Summary dashboard. Also, you can see analytics for a specific maintenance Job or Queue by right-clicking it and choosing Show <Object> Insights.
